Pallavi learnt Yoga at a young age in Mysore, her hometown. Growing up, she was greatly influenced by the rich culture and languages. She studied Sanskrit at school and can read, write, speak fluently in English, Hindi and Kannada. She has carried the principles, philosophies and spiritual teachings of Yoga into adulthood.

Pallavi has a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering and moved to the UK in 2007. She finished her Masters in Construction Management from the University of Dundee, Scotland and worked for a number of years in the building industry. She now works as a freelance Estimator and lives with her two young daughters in Woking. One of her favorite hobbies is watercolour painting.

Going through life's challenges and as a trauma survivor, Pallavi has used Yoga, meditation and breathwork to bring balance and grounding to herself and her family. She has experience of working with a private Life Coach for over two years. Her journey of Yoga sadhana restarted five years ago and she decided to do Yoga teacher training. Her passion for learning and sharing knowledge has led her to teaching Yoga today.

Pallavi takes special interest in the areas of health, nutrition, mindfulness and Life Coaching. She is a Reiki Level 2 practitioner and also finished Yin and Chair Yoga teacher training. She aspires to continue her education in Yoga and related subjects.
