Morning Wellbeing group
We meet Mon-Thus on Zoom, for a 15 minute session of guided breathing exercise, writing/journalling, five minute meditation and a quick read of an excerpt from a book which is really helpful for all. All are welcome! It is always wonderful to the work in a group as it holds accountability. Well, humans are social beings, no shame in needing each other!

Trauma awareness
A special two hour session to create awareness about trauma. This does not have to be accidents or deaths, several other early experiences can be traumatic and we may not even be aware of it because we have totally adapted to the life using survival patterns. In this session, We go deep into what has caused us to live in survival mode, how to get ourselves out of it.

Women’s circle - weekly
Women understand women! Yes, we do and there has never be a better time that we needed each other and needed female mentors to get our health and wellbeing in sync with our best selves. Also int he end, this gets our relationships on the right track. We meet up weekly and share our life struggles, ups and downs, success stories, beauty and health tips.
